The bullying has five characteristics:
1. The aggression can be physical, verbal or relational.
2. An imbalance of power exists.
3. There is no provocation on the part of the victim.
4. Incidents are repeated throughout a time.
5. There is premeditation on the part of the aggressor or aggressors.

It very interesting that people be interestied in bullying and tal abaut it, because il has been along the time and nobody tay to sort out. I think this article is wonderfull and the best i find abaut this mat.
