The Paella of Valencia.

The “Paella” was born in the rural zones of Valencia between the century XV and XVI, for the necessity of the peasants and shepherds of a easy food of cook and with the ingredients that they had in the field. The “Paella” is the typical dish of Valencia. This dish has these name for the frying pan where is cooked, a paella is, as is knew in the zone, a frying pan bigger than the normal frying pans, and with two handles. The “Paella” can make of many things of vegetables, meet, shellfish, mixed, .... It is prepared with rice, garlic, tomatoes, oil, pea, paprika and salt, depends of what you make the “Paella” you can put chicken, rabbit, pipers, green beans, beans, mussels, king prawns, squid, small lobsters, clams, artichokes ..., you can put its almost of everything. The “Paella” is a dish very worked and very complete for its preparation and its great variety of aliments.
